Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused components in their original box, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
